So recently, Carrie & Joe had something in their attic...they thought raccoons. One day, Carrie & Roxy had a run in with a Cat like animal coming down from the ledge in the garage, kinda over the doorway (details may not be accurate but Carrie can correct me)

- it was bigger than a cat, not quite a lynx....it hissed & took off.

Could it have been a cougar? They are on the endangered list & there is only something like 550 left....so Carrie don't shoot it or anything. Unless it goes for the jugular - better yet, move back to the city just to be safe.

Britney's OK! Magazine Article

So last night I saw the OK! magazine with Britney on the front, talking about her breakdown, stealing clothes, etc. I was heading off to watch the taping of Canadian Idol and figured it would be the perfect way to kill time before the show started.

The article I was a bit disappointed in (big surprise), OK! tried (and not too hard) to make it sound like they were in it for Britney's best interest, and were trying support her comeback, etc. Anyway, there's not much there that we haven't already heard, and I don't remember much of an interview. Basically just a recap of the day and a couple days following.

The article ended ridiculously. I won't spoil it for anyone who wants to read it, but let me know what you think if you've read it!! I personally thought that OK! came of even worse than Britney in this case (not sure if that's hard to do or not ...)

My Guilty pleasure.....Girly Stuff!

I started thinking about it,,,and I guess I'd have to say my guilty pleasure is turning into a girly girl! haha! I love to watch Sex and the City episodes,,,I know it's been over for a while,,,but I own most of the seasons so I like to watch it while I eat my breakfast. Then, to relax I'm enjoying reading girly books like "the Continuity Girl" that I'm into right now and I just finished another girly book before this one (of course I can't remember the title but was a blend of Bridget Jones diary and Sex and the City).

Before my sister's wedding,,, I went and got a manicure and pedicure,,,and I loved it!! OMG what has come over me? lol

So I confess,,,I'm a girl and I'm loving it!

Alright ladies, i admit it, I am totally in love with Michael Buble.....and i cant stop singing his new single Everything, i like it so much i wish i had of had as my wedding song!

Hes handsome, funny, and best of all Canadian!!

His music is great, not as up beat as i usually like, but i recommend giving him a try!

Guilty Pleasures...

We all got them: Fess up.

I got to thinking how HSM is my guilty pleasure movie. I love it...and I'm sure everybody else would be like "What are you thinking?'- so here's confessions.

1) The Guilty Pleasure Movie - High School Musical. - catchy songs, cute people, dancing in sync dance numbers....I wished we broke out into songs in high school. No joke.

2) The guilty pleasure food - Sadly the Easter peeps, full of marshmallow goodness
and those little chocolate cupcakes at the grocery store, that look so good, but go straight to my ass.
3) The G.P Tv show - In the summer, I like Big Brother. Its drama, backstabbing & tears - its smutatstic & I like it. Plus I love the Alice & Wonderland Theme they have going on this year. I mean look at the living room.

Last but not least,

4) The G.P song of summer - There is a tie - I find myself singing along to Carrie Underwood's song about bashing up her man's car because he's cheating. Also, My guilty pleasure (actually minus the guilty) bashing of Avril on this blog, does not stop me singing 'I want to be your girlfriend' - good thing she stole it because its catchy.

Love, Love Loved it - Hairspray

I went to see Hairspray tonight & from the first opening number to the end when the credits started to roll, I love it.

I went through a John Waters phase in high school renting Hairspray, Serial Mom & Cry Baby...but I rented them because they were so bad & cheesy. This was actually good & with a good message.

I'll admit it...I only went because Zac Efron, my High School Musical, the Teen Beat boy was in it ( Cause I love him in HSM & he has just been casted in the Kevin Bacon role, in the remake of Footlose). Turned out I was disappointed with his role...oh well HSM 2 is out in 2 weeks.

But as it started I started to think what big players were in it. First of all the girl in the lead role as Tracy has a voice. They all can sing & dance. Who knew James Marsden (The Notebook & Xmen) could sing? Then Michelle Pfeiffer was really good & has one of the best numbers.

I thoughht I would not like John Travolta, but he was endearing & I remember how much I loved Danny Zucko!

If you like musicals, go see this -its really fun.

First off, these 6 people just annoy me. Plain and simple. Just b/c they are them.

Secondly, Katie's dress is horrible and she stands out like a sore thumb.

Thirdly, doesn't Katie have any friends her own age? I miss Chris Klein!!

Everyone keeps commenting on her new look and i hate it, as Melissa posted earlier, she looks like she is trying to be someone she is not. And old lady married to Tom Cruise, who i now refuse to watch, except The Outsiders, and Cocktail.... of course!

We all have them, i mean how many times has Melissa mentioned her love for Sophia Bush?? We admire women throughout the world and now i sharing mine with you!

She is smart, talented and beautiful!

Unlike the likes of Paris and Lindsay, this girl can actually sing, (she has several albums out, all really good) and act.

Her most famous movie to date is A Walk to Remember, but has two out this year, Because i Said so, and License to Wed.

Mandy has a low key celebrity life and you wont catch her with Hollywood trash (sorry Paris, Britany and Lindsay).

She has also dated some hunky men including Wilmer Valderamm, Andy Roddick and Zach Braff!

This is one tabloid I will buy for sure!!

During her 'tell all' interview with OK! Magazine, Britney was a walking disaster. It's apparently sooooo bad that the mag is trying to decide whether they will clean it up or keep is as is....and by the sounds of it they're leaning towards the real deal!!! Pics and interview highlites are apparently so bad they think it could be the final nail in the coffin for her career. By the sounds of it she was completely coked up and paranoid out of her mind. I cannot wait....this is GOLD!!!!

Once again, Miss. Lohan was arrested yesterday for drinking and driving AND cocaine possession. This is just days after she surrendered to police for her previous DUI and cocaine possession.

This really pisses me off, she better get jail time like Paris did!!

Glad she went to rehab, looks like it worked well, esp. when she was never there, always out at the gym, out to lunch, was there ever any rehab?

Avril the Poser (as if we didn't know)

The ever classy Avril has been called out by fellow Canadian Chantal Kreviazuk, who basically said she didn't co-wrote anything. I'm not a fan of Kreviazuk or her music - but I do love a chick with balls!!! Love anyone who will take it to Avril.

In an interview with Performing Songwriter, Chantal is asked about working with Avril. Chantal does NOT mince words:

"I find it funny that it's in Performing Songwriter. I mean, Avril, songwriter? Avril doesn't really sit down and write songs by herself or anything. Avril will also cross the ethical line, and no one says anything. That's why I'll never work with her again. I sent her a song two years ago called "Contagious," and I just saw the track listing to this album and there's a song called "Contagious" on it-- and my name’s not on it. What do you do with that?"


This is the second time Avril has been accused of not writing the songs she claims to write.
The last time, she had a falling out with The Matrix after one of the members mentioned that the extent of Avril’s contribution was to suggest a word here or there, pretty much confirming that she had little if anything at all to do with song production. Avril said she felt betrayed by the comment and supposedly had The Matrix fired, insisting that she did indeed play an instrumental part in coming up with all of her songs.

Grey's Anatomy" Spinoff Fires First Cast Member

Broadway actress Audra McDonald is set to co-star in ABC's "Grey's Anatomy" spinoff, "Private Practice," where she will replace Merrin Dungey.

The new medical drama centers on neonatal surgeon, Addison Forbes Montgomery (Kate Walsh), who moves to Los Angeles and joins the private medical practice of her once-married, newly divorced medical school friends, Naomi and Sam Bennett.

McDonald will play Naomi Bennett, a role played by Dungey in the two-hour "Grey's" episode that launched "Practice." (Sam Bennett is played by Taye Diggs.)
