Unlike the likes of Paris and Lindsay, this girl can actually sing, (she has several albums out, all really good) and act.
Her most famous movie to date is A Walk to Remember, but has two out this year, Because i Said so, and License to Wed.
Mandy has a low key celebrity life and you wont catch her with Hollywood trash (sorry Paris, Britany and Lindsay).
She has also dated some hunky men including Wilmer Valderamm, Andy Roddick and Zach Braff!

For example: I think if Phil has a male crush, I'd be on Josh Holloway, as he always asks if I like him, because he's such a good looking man.
