So recently, Carrie & Joe had something in their attic...they thought raccoons. One day, Carrie & Roxy had a run in with a Cat like animal coming down from the ledge in the garage, kinda over the doorway (details may not be accurate but Carrie can correct me)
- it was bigger than a cat, not quite a lynx....it hissed & took off.
The town right next to Carrie has a recent report of a cougar attacking a horse:

Could it have been a cougar? They are on the endangered list & there is only something like 550 left....so Carrie don't shoot it or anything. Unless it goes for the jugular - better yet, move back to the city just to be safe.
