Apparently Brit Brit isn't too happy that this radio station in Florida used her mug as their billboard. Especially since they are referring to her as a nut job...which i think she may in fact be!
Her lawyers are now involved.
Does anyone else find is hilarious?

Definitely hilarious!! Aren't they being sued for this though? If not, they definitely should be.
Yea, her lawyers have filed a suit i think!! But is it against the law? i guess without her consent, im answering my own questions!

Actual Les - you got me thinking...
Bloggers, web sites & Celeb Mags, etc can use famous peoples pictures
because they are oyt there & are a public figure - so I'm thinking this guy can totally use her image.
Well I'm guessing we'll find out soon enough. I think it's funny and I love that it's the MJ morning show!!! haha!
I don't think a radio station can use it for their own gain though, can they?
I think often magazines actually have the celeb's permission in some way anyways (we're hearing more and more lately about celebs tipping off the paparrazi themselves - even Princess Di did it, apparently!)
And remember - celebs are even suing magazines for publishing statements that are untrue - and they're winning, too!!
