Hello blogger friends!
I was driving into work tonight and heard the song "Must Have Been Love" by Roxette and instantly thought of Pretty Women, when he drives back in the Limo to get Vivian...the best part of the movie! I know I'm not alone as i think we all loved that movie!! SOOO, since i drive an hour into work, i began to think of all the movie songs that i love to hear.
So i compiled a list of my own top 5 all time best movie theme songs!
1. Ive had the time of my life-Dirty Dancing (Didn't we all catch this in Mexico? Baby and Johnny have the best chemistry....sigh..)
2. Unchained Melody-Ghost (love Patrick Swayze in this movie...."Dido")
3. Take my Breath Away-Top Gun
4. Everything I Do, I Do it for You-Robin Hood (I danced with a camp counsellor named Manitoulin to this song...i was in love)
5. Stand By Me-Stand By Me (this is one of my all time fave. movies "suck my fat one, you cheap dime store hood!")

When I hear Princes - Kiss - reminds me of Pretty Woman ,when shes in the tub & singing with her head set on
I love the Top Gun soundtrack. I remember going on a trip with my parents and my dad bought the soundtrack and I think it played nearly the whole way to Alberta and back. I LOVE IT! Except it's not the same since Tom Cruise went all crazy.
One of my faves is also "God Loves a Terrier" from Best In Show!!!
Melissa! You have to go rent Top Gun now!!! I believe it's one of those classic movies. I loved it! So many quotes are taken from that movie as well. I agree with the soundtrack...very good. "You've lost that love and feeling" stands out for me too.
